Why Test-Running Before Delivery is Important
December 27 2022

Every machine made by Langbo should have a test running. From the engineer’s point of view. This is one of the important ways to guarantee the delivery of a well-functioning machine. In this article, we try to show you why test running is so important.

The bathtub curve shows the failure rate of machines during the whole lifecycle. The part with a red rectangular is known as an early failure. It is called the infant mortality period, also known as the early failure period. It means, for the newly assembled machine, no matter whether it is a well-proven design or not, there is a high risk of failure when the machine runs for the first time. The failures in this period are caused by manufacturing defects or installation issues. For newly designed equipment, design flaws or improper start-up procedures could also cause failures.

For delivering perfect machines and direct production after receiving, we test every machine after manufacturing and guarantee the well functional machines delivered.
