Extruder

The single screw for PP-R Pipe Extrusion has special designed geometric. For Multi-Layer pipe the extruders combination will designed based on the demand of extrusion volume. With alloyed surface the barrel and screw has longer lifetime. The reasonable matching of power unit provides the perfect working condition for long time running.

Mould

Mature mould manufacturing technology for smoothly multi-layer extrusion and evenly pressure status inside of mould. The border of multi-layer is clear shaped.

calibration

With high-speed calibrator the pipe can be shaped faster and the surface quality will be better than conventional bronze calibrator. Length of calibration tank is mainly up to the size of pipe and our engineer will tailor the whole line according to customers’ demand.

Spraying Tank

Robust structure and high-quality water pump ensure a long-time service. The excellent part quality like electrical valves and spraying nozzles guarantees excellent spraying. All the parts are well proved by several applications.

Belt Haul-off

The belt haul-off machine fit the ppr pipe extrusion best. The Dimension of ppr pipe is not very big usually not larger than DN110 and the extrusion speed could be relative high.

Direct Cutting

Suitable for PPR-Pipe Cutting Concept with its character like high speed cutting and cutting for small pipe diameter.
