Extruder
Single screw and conical twin screw are both suitable for the production of PVC Edge band. Single screw's production needs granules material Single screw extruder can produce a more soft product than conical twin screw, a soft edge band is better for the future process.
Mold
For the extrusion of soft PVC profile, calibrators after mold are not needed An effective cooling will be guaranteed by extra added water sprayer after mold
Cooling Tank
the edge band will be submerged in the water tank after out of extrusion mold, an effective cooling and suitable hauling speed determin the final witdh and thickness of the edge band.
Haul-off machine
The edge bands are pulled with rubber roller, the hauling speed is adjusted by frequency inverter and the length counting integrated
Winding
The edge band can be winded vertically and horizontally, it depends on the width
Printing
For edge band print, it genarally used double color printing and UV gloss making
